My son is 2years and 7 months old.He is crying during urine from today morning.We consult physically with a doctor.He suggest for urine culture and USG in lower abdomen.In USG report impression is "mild irregular thickened urinary bladder.In urine RE report pus cells and RBC is showing.Dr. prescribed zanocin syrup and alkasol syrup before USG test.Now USG report is in hand but Doctor not available.Please suggest me what will next do?

Hello doctor.. my son 6yrs old had fever from Saturday afternoon.. I gave p250 for 2 days.. and fever didn't come to control.. day full he is having 99.. but nights he is having 103.5.. I'm giving meftal from 2 days..what is the reasons for high fever at night.. I'm doing sponging also.. no other symptoms are there.. only high fever.. pls help ma

My baby is 1 month old. Most of times after taking feeds she will sleep. Sometimes Even after taking feeds she is crying continuously for long time and she is not sleeping. We are not able to identify the reason for this . Is this cause for any concerns. Please advise

Last saturday baby has some irregularities in food intake (meal gap duration was longer than usual) . seeing food he is crying and vomits 4-6(while taking food)time on sunday so he was on ors and breast milk . on monday morning i gave him neopeptin drop 8-10drop in morning and on evening in empty stomach. he ate nestum rice and homemade boiled rice paste . no vomit on monday morning but he has fever.99-101 and gave him calpol drop 4 times. medication he was on calpol drop neopeptine and ors. is the dose right for neopetine? should i continue if yes then how long. he didn't have poty on monday. plz help. he is 9 month old weight 7.8 kg
