Baby not passing stool
Baby is 46 days old. 3.850 kg weight. Used to poop daily numerous times 4-5 times minimum. But she has not pooped in 3 days now. Also spitting up milk after every feed. Passing gas every now and then but no stool. This is new behaviour. Pls advise
