  4. Fever coming again and again. Is crying?

Fever coming again and again
My 9 month old son was having vomiting but when given ondem he was not vomitted. He has fever past 2 days. Today is 3rd day. From yesterday when maphthal p syrup started his fever going and coming again. How many doses should i give to him and how long i have to wait to go for fever. When fever gone he is active and eating. But once it is coming he is crying
