Baby 3 months development
My baby age is 3 months 21 days...she is very active... smiles at every one, following object moving around her, giving reply with aaa,oo sounds...but still her head is not steady...I have to keep my hand behind her neck..but carrying on shoulder she keep her head upright and looks around but have to give support with hand on her back..I am giving her tummy time...she lifts her head above to look objects but her legs also came up in the air like swimming and she gets irritated..is there anything wrong with her development?by what time I can expect her head control without support?

Greetings don't keep the hand on the head while carrying which will help to improve neck holding.
