Child Health Issues

My 2 months old baby girl have 99 F and above fever since yesterday night ,after dpt second dose vaccine yesterday evening ,have given paracetamol drops 2 times 3-4 drops but fever still persists ,how many days fever exists after vaccination? Please suggest

My 8 months old son has watery sticky motions from 2 days. We are traveling and out of home from last 4 days. He doesn't have a fever or any other discomfort. He's passing light greenish stools 3-4 times a day. It doesn't smell very bad. His pee count is 6+ and he's taking breast milk well. He's not taking solids much, so we're not forcing him. His weight is around 8 kgs. We're not able to reach his paediatrician. Is enterogermina repsule helpful for him?

Hi, Can I give candid mouth paint to my 1.5 years old, She has been weaned 5 months before, now she is under cow milk still I can see white thrush on her tongue and she kinda feeling and rubbing it with her hands. I gave her candid mouth paint when she was three months old suggested by doctor. So is it okay if I gave her now by myself. Thank you
