Baby is 11month old.. weight around 8 kg.. active and playful...CBC..lft..g6pd..hpcl..retic count all reports are normal...stool report shows 3-4 pus cell...he is frequently having direahea...not runny texture... texture is like thicken curd...is this normal..?? He is putting all the things in his mouth...can I give milk with lactose drops???
