Red patches on baby's tongue

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Hi Docs, Red patches being formed on the tongue of the 10 months old baby. Zytee gel was applied as per my paediatrician's prescription. Although it was recovered however it reappeared. Please let me know what is the reason behind this and how it can be recovered permanently.

Hi , This can be due to vitamin b6 and b12 deficiency..supplement child with multivitamin and give healthy diet.
