My daughter 4.5yr old fell down and got hurt on chin . consulted doctor.doctor suggested for stiches.what is the use of stiches is it really necessary to go for stiches.is it only to avoid scar

My 6 year girl more boils in face and head. I m giving her amoxicillin syrup and apply ing soframycin tube. Giving hot compress . But one by one it is spreading all in face and head. Pls suggest for fast recovery.

My 1 year old son is having fever from last two days. It goes upto 102. We r giving him cal 250 but fever subside just for few hours and comes again. Doctor gave him timebond syrup today. He also having loose motion today.

My son is 2.8 year old. He speaks 4-5 word sentences. Knows numbers till 20 and can go beyond with little help. Knows alphabets, animals, birds, fruit, vegetables, birds and several other things. He has also started writing a few alphabets and numbers. Knows several rhymes even the national anthem to some extent, recognizes lot of relatives. Good eye contact, follows instructions 90 percent of the times. He has started nursery and his teacher says he does not follow instructions at all and also repeats a lot of things she says, which he also does at home. What do i do?

Dear doctors Today afternoon my two and half year old son swallowed a rubber band by mistake ...since then he has not passed potty...he usually has digestion issues for example: immediately after eating food he passes stool...but today inspite of having food twice he has not passed motion yet..he also had one and half banana...please advise...Thank you...

My daughter is 18months old... from tue evening she was vomiting every 20mins, even ondem didn't help... we took her to ER at 10 and there they gave injection which eventually stopped her Vomitings... since then at slow pace she ate yesterday night... mostly I m giving her my feed to maintain her hydration...!!! But now she got up at 4:20 and immediately vomited... I am afraid now why did she threw up after 2days now all of a sudden... I gave her ondem now and after half ab hour gave her little water and my feed... what's actually happening or what happened I don't understand

My baby is vomiting since morning and he has vomitted 4 to 5 times. No loose motion. But very tired and crying. Given him rantac and ondem -1 dose. Not eating anything but just drinking breastmilk. He was having fever in afternoom 100.1 after that gave him calpol. Now his temperature is 99.7 but head is hot rest body is not that hot. Is ther any concern for hot head?? Second dose of ondem will be given in night

Can we introduce onion for seven month baby? Is it good for babies? I don't add salt in her food, so for some taste I want to add.
