Baby not gaining weight

Asked for Female, 28 Years

My babies birth weight was 2.880 kgs... initially she was gaining good weight...on her 10 weeks vaccination her weight was 4.880..but in 14 weeks it's only 5.256..then again after one month in 4 months 10 days I checked so only 50 grams increased...I used to give her breast milk and formula milk both in 2 hourly or 3 hours basis...I can't understand why she is not gaining weight?today we consulted paediatric..he added zincovit and calcimax drops...will it help to gain weight?I am in big worry

Newborn babies gain weight periodically if fed properly and usually doubles their weight around 4 to 5 months of age, so it’s appropriate for your baby.calcimax and zincovit don’t help in weight gain..only feeding helps.
