My baby is 3months old(35weeks preterm) am expressing my breastmilk and feeding my baby..how much ml of milk is required for my baby in one feed..he is 4.560gm weight and i feed 9-10 in a 24hour period

My baby is not sleeping during night time. She sleeps only day time and fever appeared night time after 1am and in the morning fever has gone. Last 5days thia is happening. Pllz suggest what to do? My mother told me tht cover baby head if not covered the baby head growing bigger is this true or what?
