My 4 month old baby has developed white patch on lower jaw..initially it appaeared like white dot..but gradually increasing

I am breastfeeding and have high bp.. doctor has prescribed amlong2.5 .. is it safe while breastfeeding?

After 3 days with persistent high fevers, my 10 month old son (weighs 10.5kg) is finally on his path to recovery. However, his appetite has gone down significantly today. About just 360 ml breastmilk and some spoons of a fruit, porridge and about 80-90 ml water. He is active but simply refuses to eat. I don't have the heart to forcefully feed him, anything can do more to help him. ( he has lost half kg of weight in 3 days)

My baby 11 month but weight is only 7 kg. He eats solid 3 times but takes too long to eat. And he cries a lot while eating. What I do? I try to make it tasty but he cries not to swallow food. Is any problem for not gaining weight. His born weight was 2.25 kg.
