My baby is 45 days old...she had her 6th week vaccination nd rota virus nd pcv vaccination also done ...she is having fever...how much dosage of paracetamol should be given for my child ??

Do we need to start solids at the beginning of 6 th month or after the completion of 6 months to babies.

Hi sir/Madam, My son is 3 years old nd weighs 11.3 kg. He has been having a cold and cough for the past 5 days. His cough and runny nose have reduced, but his nose is blocked. We are using nasal drops like Nasivion, nasoclear along with steam inhalation and nebulization. But nothing is clearing the mucus. It is becoming difficult for him to sleep as he needs to breathe from his mouth. He's not sneezing. Please suggest or guide us on how we can help him clear the nose block. For cough, we are giving omnacortil, and for runny nose, we are giving Allegra. Will be very thankful for your help
