My son is nearly 4 months..he has hearing loss..also he has a significant head lag when i do the pull up test...he can however support his neck for some time while on tummy time..is it a concern?

Hello doctor my son is 23days old now. At birth his weight is 3.5kg. doctor prescribed VitD3 with DHA multivitamin drops and multimineral drops 1ml per day. And Rx plus drops 0.5ml per day. Giving nearly 2 litres of water to baby
I usually give more water to my 2 year old son. Recently he got loose motion so I am giving excess. Nearly 2 litres a day . He passes clear urine in excess nearly 15-20 times daily. Is this normal? Does it indicate water intoxication? Should I look for any symptoms for him?
