Child Health Issues

Hey doctor...My baby is 9.5 month old... she still drinks my milk.  Does not drink  formula/cow milk.  So, there won't be any problem for the baby because of this, will it?

My son is 2.9 year old. He speaks 4-5 word sentences. Knows numbers till 20 and can go beyond with little help. Knows alphabets, animals, birds, fruit, vegetables, birds and several other things. He has also started writing a few alphabets and numbers. Knows several rhymes even the national anthem to some extent, recognizes lot of relatives. Good eye contact, follows instructions 90 percent of the times. He is also able to tell us when he is sleepy, or has to poop/ already pooped (not yet potty trained). He has started nursery and his teacher says he does not follow instructions at all and also repeats a lot of things she says, which he also does at home. What do i do? He has not been assessed. One of the doctor we visited when he was 2 on a random visit wrote something which i cnt get over. Please help and also what does the numbers mean, he did not explain.

My newborn 2 weeks old boy's umbilical cord fell off and there was blood coming out so we put Neosprin powder with a cotton swab on it. Now the swab is stuck on the naval and it is not getting out. It is painful for the baby. How can I get rid of that cotton swab?

Hello My baby boy is 2.5 months old, From last couple of days he has started to sleep throughout the night. Like he will sleep around 11:30 in the night and wakes up around 7 AM in the morning. His birth weight was 4.1 kg and current weight is 6.560 kg. He passes urine 10-15 times in a day and poops once in 3-4 days. He is exclusively breastfeeding. Is this normal for babies to sleep throughout night without feeds at such an young age? Should I wake my child in the night for feeds. He sleeps peacefully.Is there any cause of concern? Please guide.

Hi My baby is 10 months old and since yesterday mrng he is having 101 fever and I'm giving him paracetamol drops every 6 hours...fever is reducing when I have the drops and it's raising to 101 after 3 or 4 hours... please help.. sometimes I'm getting 101 on his forehead and sometimes stomach and sometimes at his palm and foot...please help Baby is active(not much as per daily) Food taking is moderate Urine output normal

My kid is 5.5years old...one week been passed she havs been suffering from cough.. previously her cough was dry type...doctor gave her Alex ls 5ml and laveta m...I started with Alex x..now seems like she is having phlegum while coughing...but phlegum is not coming out...should I give laveta m...as it is antihistamine I didnot give her at first  .m only continuing with Alex ls...she is not recovering dats why I m worried...kindly suggest any medicines..and way for recovery..Thank you

Iugr baby . Birth weight is 1.02kg. was in CPAP for 5 days and had pseudomonas infection . In nICU for 20 days. Preterm - 34 weeks 3 days . 68 days old corrected age 27 days. Reported CNS s1s2 positive. What does it mean? If it is related to the heart will my son need surgery for it?
