After my baby who is 3 weeks plus old now is done with feeding a curd like thing comes from his mouth, sometimes once after feeding sometimes twice, he is made to burp after feeding at Times he doesn't but does later on. Why this curd comes out? Is this normal? Or he is not getting enough milk after feed or getting excess? Please tell the reason

Hello Doctor, My baby is 9 Months old and teething currently. he is having fever and loose motion (Greenish, mucus and blood) from 3 days. Started medication as well but no relief. Doctor prescribed taxim O, lactic acid bacillus powder, zinconia and pacimol. After giving zinconia syrup baby is vomiting immediately after 15-20 mins. Should I continue to give this medicine or not? Please suggest.
