Child Health Issues

Hello Doctor, My son is 1 year ( 13 months) old. Currently We are using NAN PRO formula milk. We are trying to switch to Buffalo milk but baby doesn't like it not drinking milk. Can we mix formula milk and buffalo milk (50-50 ratio) and feed him? To slowly make him habituated to buffalo milk.

My daughter is 5.5years old...from two weeks she has been suffering from dry cough..doctor gave her laveta m and Alex ls..after taking Alex ls her cough becomes wet..but she had difficulty in cough out the phlegum...doctor next told her to take augmentin DDS...I already started it gave it for one day...but doctor examined her now told there is phlegum in her chest .told her to take montair 5 for two weeks... I become puzzled...very much worried about my child..pls suggest what to do...should I give montair 5...? Does this medicine have any side effects? Should I give this med for such a long time? Pls pls reply

Hello doctor my 4 year 4 month daughter suffering from dry cough. It's like tight mucus stuck in chest which not come out while coughing.  Fever came past 2 days before but no fever for 3 days. Her weight is 16.5 kg.

Hi my son was born on 20 may, 2023 at 32 weeks. He was on the ventilator for one day and CPAP for six days. Now he is more than one month old and the weight is 2.5 gm. Nowadays he is breathing with sound.it sounds like snoring sometime other times like a whistle..it mostly happens after or during feeding..I feed him through bottle as well as breastfeed. He also occasionally coughs and sneezes. Also while sometimes he flares his nostrils especially after feeding. I have observed retractions too around the collars bone area only and no where else.. oxygen saturation is Normal and there is no other issue..there is no blue coloration on the skin too. Most of the time the breathing is normal with no sound. Respiration rate is 30-40 per minute. I just want to know when and how the sounds will disappear. What medicines can I give this issue.is it serious?

My daughter is 2 years old. She has so much dandruff. Plz suggest any tear free shampoo. She scratches a lot . Didn't sleep at night . She has severe itching on scalp .

My2 months old baby is not taking feed at night and gets fussy if forcibly fed. There is a gap of 6- 7hrs ..she keeps staring at me sucks 3-4 times and gets fussy

My daughter age is 5.7years...she is having cough and cold from 2 weeks...her chest is full of phlegm... she has difficulty in coughing out the phegm..doctor gave her augmentin dds and Alex ls now again he gave montair five for two weeks..should I give montair five to her..is it safe enough to give for such a long time..pls suggest...she already took Alex ls for four days.that med didnot work..can I give her ascoril ls...what should be the he doses..pls kindly suggest...m worried..Thank you

Concern about food particle into my 5 month old baby eye. I removed by putting breastmilk. Will there be any issue?

My daughter is 5.5years old...from more than one week she is having dry cough... doctor gave her Alex ls and laveta m...after taking Alex ls...she is not having dry cough anymore.....seems like full of phlegum in her throat and chest...I consulted with another doctor..I told that she was having dry cough now she is having difficulty in cough out the phlegum..he gave her hhlinctus cough syrup for dry cough..augpen ds..montair lc..my question is now that she is not having dry cough...should I give her this cough syrup that is meant for dry cough..?pls reply ..m woried..Thank you...

My baby boy was 2.8kgs when he was born. He was bottle fed with expressed milk till 20-Jun-23 because of tongue tie issue. His weight gain during this time was approximately 200 grams per week. He was weighing 4.7kgs as on 20-Jun-23.  The tie was removed on 14-Jun-23 and I started breast feeding him from 21-Jun-23. We weighed him on 3-Jul-23 and found that he has gained less than 100 grams in 2 weeks. Is this decrease in weight gain normal? He weighs 4.8 grams as on 3-Jul-23. I'm extremely worried due to this sudden decrease. Please suggest what can be done to make him gain weight like before.. I want to breast feed him directly.
