Is it safe to give cyclopam drops to my 1 month old son? He was prescribed this medicine by his paediatrician..

I have 5 months old baby. Exclusively breastfeeding only. Since 2 days he is not peeing at night and pee count reduces at day time as well. Also due to summer his head sweats a lot at night. Because of sweating, is the pee count less? He is active and normal only. Note: before 4 days , his pee was very hot. Then normal.

My 9 month old baby is suffering with sever constipation. He is trying very hard to push out the poop. Poop is green in color and sometimes coming out like small stones. We are feeding him fruit juices, water and fruits along with breastfeeding but there is no improvement. We even tried lactulose syrup and that too didn't work. It's been a month that he pooped freely. Please suggest something that can help him. Thanks

My 1.10 year old boy suffered from cough 2 weeks ago, after coughing stopped,  he has now runny nose. He is constipated since two days and not eating properly. In the morning, after drinking water, he did vomit which was totally water. And then he is lathargic since morning, jus want to lie down or sleep not active. Not eating well.

My baby is 6months old. She has just started roll over few days back. During night I put her to sleep on back ,but after some time she rolls over to tummy. No matter how many times I put her back on her back , but she again rolls on her tummy. Is it safe for her to sleep on tummy? What to do, I can't get her to sleep on her back.

My 2 year old twin boys currently weigh only 9.5kg.. they were preterm with low birth weight (1.5kg).. pls help me how to increase their weight?.. m so worried.. they look small for their age.. but otherwise are active and playful.. i give them all home cooked meals.. but still not gaining weight.. pls help..

My daughter got her 1st dose of mmr on 16/03/2023. But when we took our daughter for typhoid vaccination, she was vaccinated again with mmr along with typhoid on 16/05/2023. So when we asked doctor that she already was vaccinated with mmr then doctor said I gave the second dose. My question is.. Is it okay to give mmr doses back to back so early ?

Hello, My 4 month old daughter had a routine blood tet and her MPV came as 11.9 and RBC is 4.76. Is this normal or is it high? All other parameters came as normal.

My daughter got fever with cold today morning. I Gave paracetamol at 9.30 am. Her temperature was 99.5. But it did reduce. So i gave paracetamol syrup at 2.30 pm and at 7.10 pm. I'm afraid. She is taking medicine for fits. Today due to temperature raise she got fits. How to reduce her temperature.

My baby has completed 1 year on 8th May , From almost 10 days she is not willing to eat anything, whenever she notice we are trying to feed anything she always refuses , even she doesn't take cows milk , mostly on breastfeed. I am trying so many ways but it seems her appetite has gone. Please suggest what should I do , i Don't force feed her as she screams a lot.
