Hi my son 7 month old is having white spot on his chin.. I'm worried should I take him to dermatologist

Hello dr my baby is eight months plus while playing she swallow small ink in small amount Plz tell I have to be worry and go for further investigation or not plz advise

At her 12 months her weight was 8.86 kg and 76.5 cm height. At 15 months her weight only increased to 9.18 kg but height rose to 81.5 cm. Birth weight was 3 kgs full term. She takes 3 full meals and one small meal. Breakfast- daal daliya vegetables or veg upama or upama Lunch- daal roti veg or egg rice or khichdi with veg Snacks- oats makhana mix I had made with jaggery or sometimes a fruit Dinner- veg khichdi All quantity one bowl with one spoon ghee I'm very concerned. But she's active, plays a lot. I'm also very skinny. And my husband too is thin. She drinks milk twice What should I do now

My son is new born and just 11 days old, and he used to have 2 to 3 bowel movements per day. However, he hasn't had a bowel movement since last 3 days, which is approximately 72+ hours ago. But he is crying, urinating, and feeding normally. Is it normal? What is the frequency of bowel movement.? When should we see doctor? Please help
