Child Health Issues

My 1 year old babys armpit temperature is always 98.5 98.7 99... Does it mean he is having fever... What should be other course of action...I went to docs here but they dont seem to b bothered...

My son i going to be 7yrs old.he had developed fever suddenly that lasted for 3 days.no other symptom of xough or cold. But after fever subsided he has leg pain in one leg.in calf region..he is limping when walking since yestrday. Pls tell what can be the reason.im worried

My 7 year old has been complaining of chest pain and mild stomach pain for 2 months now. X-ray, and ultrasound shows normal. But since the concern still exist we are suggested to go for CT scan. But concerned about the safety of CT scan is it advisable to go for an MRI instead of CT please suggest. Is it safe when compared to CT. Need help on this please

My son is 7month old..for last few days he has temperature on his forehead..which reads 38.1 37.9 when checked through infra red gun..within 3 to 5min it will drop to normal..temperature is only on forehead..is seen mainly during evening...here temperature is too hot ils almost 32 but feels like 36..he sweats a lot especially his head as he has lot of hair..is this tenperature due to hot weather? Or is it due to teething? Bcz he is lot more fussy and irriated and puts everything inside mouthnow a days

My baby born on 4th july 2023(ceasarean) with weight 3kg on 37+ week, and been in ventillation for 3 days(mild PPHN) and then 4 more days in NICU for cure, then again 2 days in incubator for high bilirubin. after 10-11 days we got our baby boy and soon discover a wound in scalp(occipital region). we did usg, but doctors are confused, they rule out any damage in brain or bone, but superficial hypoechoic lesion is observed in usg. We only applying TBact from last feew week. The wound have opened and from black colour it is turning light yellowish. Baby is having milk in ri8 quantity,urine and stool are normal,no fever is seen yet. but my private doctor tell that this is a case of pressure injury during hospital.Please suggest

My baby weight today is 4.795kgs but last 27th weight is 4.8kgs why my baby is getting less weight ... Now she is 3 months completed 4th month running... motion also not gone from 3 days but this morning she did first  little water and then thickly ..
