Loose stools in 3 months baby
Hello Dr. My baby who is 3 months old is having watery poty around 14-15 times a day. Today is the 4th day and there is no improvement. He is active , taking feeds and passing urine 8-10 times. Consulted with Dr. And giving him enterogermina, z & d drops, and lanzole Jr. From last 3 -4 days. But there is no improvement. He is exclusively breastfeeding, does not have any fever, cold or cough. Have also sent his sample for stool test. Meanwhile, can you please suggest what are the possible causes for this. I Don't know why he having loose stools

Hello ! Continue enterogermina and zn drops , ors . Mother shld take less spicy food . May b lactose intolerance. Monitor urine output, activity of baby. Continue breast feeding
