Child Health Issues

My baby is 2 month old. She cries a lot while passing gas. Once gas is passed she is relaxed. She is fed on both breastmilk and formula. This has happened after I have switched to Similac total comfort from Nan pro due to colic issues. She is passing stool once in 1 or 2 days. I am also giving her Protectis and Neopeptine drops. What could be the cause.

I am a mother of twins, both are having running nose, I have started using nasomist nasal drops. How frequently in a day these drops can be used?

Hello Dr my baby when 26 days has pnemonia he is in nicu and recovered he never had fever as he had cough...after week again he caught infection during Dr visit and had khasi and oxygen is gud at that time...and afterwards during his khasi he take fast breathing chest indrawing..again hospitalized due to retractions and oxygen goes down when sleep after wards dischrge but his fast breathing and retraction is still there Dr said dhire dhire jaynge ye ...par kabt tak now he is not having cold yes nose block hota hai .uska koi medicine nhi chal raha abhi sirf calcium multi itamin and vitamin d...rsv virus detect hua tha jab virus ka test kiya tha to ...par ye retraction kab jaynge ...he is active feeding well bhook bahut lagti h ...Susu potty sab ...but breathing lete time retraction hota h but is bar kam h..

Hi As my kid missed mmr vaccine which is due in July , can I give that now.. Is it effective? And is it safe also? Dtp vaccine is given in June month Due to some urgency mmr vaccine is missed.. Do help plz
