My daughter is 7 days old and she was diagnosed with jaundice on the third day which was mild. After a week her pediatric said the jaundice hasn't increased. Though he suggested the bilirubin test. The report came and value is 14.99. Are the values too high or is it normal?

No need to worry on this. Most of the babies develop slight yellowish discoloration ( mild jaundice) on 5 - 7 days of life. Just continue giving proper feeding to the baby every 2 hourly with 20 -30 minutes of burping. The jaundice will resolve in a day or 2.
Next Steps
If the yellow colour increases in a day or 2 or the baby has feeding issue, phototherapy might be required
