My daughter is 10 days old and the bilirubin is 14 but Dr says she is fine and gradually she will recover but I didn't see any improvement

Improvement can only be judged by serum bilirubin levels, not by eye colour. You should wait till 21 days of life. In case baby appears yellow after 21 days, you should visit a pediatrician.
