Green poop with mucus

Hello sir my son 5 months complted now.since last week he is pooping dark green colour watery and sticky mucus poop.nearly 7-8 times. Urine output is good. He is very active and healthy how to control it. Iam breastfeeding mother. Iam not introduced any solids till now. Pls rply mr
