Hello Doctors,
My daughter is 10 months 21 days old. Till now she feed formula milk+solid. Since last 4 days she is pooping 3-4 times in a day. Her stool is soft. What can be reason for this. Is it to worry or it is normal?

Lean baby- 3 months
My baby birthweight is 3 kg now she completed 3 months with weight is 5.6 kg though she looks lean not chubby like babies of her age urine output is 14 -16 per day poop also 3 times per day is mother's milk is not sufficient? So that baby looks lean? Please advice
