Child Health Issues

My baby is 10 months old. We have started giving her food since the time she turned 6 months. Now my worry is from last two months she doesn't eat properly and from last week she has stopped completely. Even she reduced taking breastfeed . We have given her only vitamin d since the birth. Her paed is saying this is food regression phase but I am assuming this could be iron deficiency

Hi doctor, my son is 8months old, his weight is 6.9kg. (birth weight was 3kg) he won't take breastfeeding nor formula milk.. I have started solids, he takes breastmilk only during when he is feeling sleepy or dream feeding. Due to that i m going with low milk supply.. can I stop breastfeeding and give only solids?
