My baby birthweight is 3 kg now she completed 3 months with weight is 5.6 kg though she looks lean not chubby like babies of her age urine output is 14 -16 per day poop also 3 times per day is mother's milk is not sufficient? So that baby looks lean? Please advice

Red/pink color urine

Hi Doctors My son is 3.5 years old and I fed him cooked beetroot today(last time he had a couple of months back). After sometime when he urinated, the urine was in red/pink color! Could the color or urine be because of the intake of beetroot? There is no pain while urinating. Thank you 🙏
