Please look into my 6 year old urine test report. Is he having urine tract infection. Please kindly confirm..

My baby is 4 months 27 days old...she is playful and active... tomorrow she was waking up at night very frequently and she was full of sweating...at 12:30 am she has taken 120 ml formula but it's strange her diaper is full dry...it's for the first time...when I removed the diaper at 8 o clock in morning she peed on bed ...is it happened because of sweating?where 120 ml of formula went?even she breastfed also at 4 o clock in morning...she has not pooped yesterday..

My baby almost all the time she slaps her own ear,cheek (only right side of her face) .she is 12 months old and she reached every milestone,now she can walk,talk(2 letter word like pappa,mamma)and active too. Is there any problem that she is slapping her face frequently?

Hello doctor, My daughter age is 3.5year old. She has fever on 28th July morning and suddenly in afternoon her voice has changed like gala baitha hua ho. She is complaining for blocked nose. Now she has recovered from fever but still her voice is still same . I consulted with doctor and he mentioned in prescription that she is suffering from LTB.
