White patches on face
Hi, my baby getting white patches on face...is tat due to vitamin d deficiency...or anyother defiency...she is around three years old...will it go on its own...or will tat be bcoz of dryness...whatever will it go away...can u suggest a good moisturizer to apply on tat area...her hair also getting cut easily in her bands n clips n also I saw her tiny hairs on bedsheets too...at this age will happen like this...or any defiency she has...

Hello, deworm her and Start multivitamin syrup, include fruits , vegetables in her diet. Apply sunscreen lotion to the face before sending to sunlight.
