Hi there. White patches in oral cavity in babies is most commonly due to oral candidiasis which is fungal infection of mouth. No need to worry about it. Please maintain hygiene while feeding baby, don't allow baby to put anything inside mouth. Apply candid mouth paint inside oral cavity whereever white patches present.
