Hi, we have given the 2.5month time vaccination to my son at the government hospital on Tuesday and he had fever and pain but that is gone now. But I can see that he is not taking proper feeding which he used to take before that. The first day he used to have a vomiting sensation as well and vomited once. The first month vaccine we had given and private hospital, so it there any change because of that??? And when can I expect that he will start taking food feeding again??

He should start feeding in a couple of days. There may be a difference in vaccines because only DTwP vaccine is given in government which has more side effects. In private DTaP is also available which has less side effects. But the details will have to be checked.
