Child Health Issues

Hi I'm a mother of 1.4 year old boy. My son had fever and urinating every 10 mins last 2 days. Now it's reduced. We consulted local pediatrician and he recommended PARACETAMOL AND ZANOCIN 50 and asked for some tests too... the result came out and I have attached the report and waiting for culture report. Is it serious? Can I have a second opinion.

Hello, my daughter who is 4 years old and she frequently has a  fever & cold cough, from last 3 months, why does she get fever every time when she gets cold & coughs.. The pediatrician told me it was normal & gave her the flu shot , but even after the flu shot she got a fever & cough..

My baby had a bad mouth ulcer and doctor recommended zytee gel ..I applied it to my baby mouth can she suck on my breasts after applying the cream...anything happens if cream come in contact with breasts

My baby's pediatrician has prescribed Ossopan D 3.5 ml and Tonoferon 0.5ml twice a day. Can both the medicine be taken together? If not how much gap should be there? My baby is 5 months 12 days old weighing 9.3 kgs.

My Daughter in 3.5 month old. One of our relatives one lady just come to our house who having high sugar level in her blood and other issues also having kissed our baby girl on her lips 6-7 times. Hi Doctor, My baby is 7 month old and her weight gain is stuck . In last 7ndays there is no gain and same issue we are facing after every alternative week. Baby is on formula feed and a preterm baby. Baby is active but not ready to take solids of milk . Only when baby extremely hungry thn ask for milk. Wanted to check if thr is any medicine or syrup to increase appetite in a healthy way. Baby is not at all excited when we offer food .

3 months baby exclusive breastfeeding baby yesterday she passed stool like this 2 tyms as attached in image but today within one hour she passed 2 tyms like this type of stool please help is this normal or loose motion
