Child weight not gain from last 2 year
Hello
My child is 5 year 8 months old.His weight is 15.5kg. His weight is not gain from last 2-3 years.His immune system is very weak.He have frequently cough and cold.His height is 110cm. Please suggest something.

Give vegetables and fruits to improve immunity. And need to do clinical examination for cold , cough .land so treatment accordingly

Birth weight triple in one year and than After a gain of 1kg per year occur in 2nd 3rd 4th And 5th year,in 6th year And onwards gain of 3kg per year occur.
