My baby is 3 months old. He has perimembranous vsd of size 6mm and moderate RVOT obstruction. Currently he is under medication. Digoxin, furosemide, simyl mct oil. What are the chances of vsd  closing on itself. If surgery needed, will it it be open heart or device closure?

Hello doctors Since last evening he’s spitting up curdled milk 3-4 times. He was crying and couldn’t sleep so I gave him cyclopalm as doctor prescribed , he slept after that . Today again he’s spitting up ( 2 times ) especially after he’s crawling he uses his chest to move Otherwise he’s very active and playing . Wt is 9.19 No other symptoms like fever etc . Motion normal . Kindly advice doctors . Is spitting up normal

My baby is 9 months old... Having low grade fevr 99.5 100 everyday in morning from 6am to 11am... I went to 2 3 pediatricians but np one is able to diagonose what it can be...her fever remains fr these hours and then in the afternoon she is okay with no fever... I am so much worried. ... Is this typhoid... She has no other symptoms...only she had body rash few days back...on arms...back n chest... Attached is pic of rash... I did cbc as well... But it came out as normal... I want to ask u ppl here 1. can cbc show if there is typhoid... 2. What can this fever be... 3. Do I need to go for any other tests to confirm what it is??
