Hello doctor yesterday my son 3.5yr old was playing in park and something bit him on his right shoulder, today morning he is having full allergy on his shoulder n stomach, showed to doctor, he gave dexona injection n zyrtec syrup, i want to no why is this injection given , since this doctor is new to us and he has given zyrtec syrup 5ml dosage twice a day. Is the dosage correct for 3.5yr old.

My son, 2 months old ( 11 weeks) has hydrocele since birth. His ball sack is big in size in comparison and sometimes  inflates and then gradually shrinks back. Attaching pictures for reference. My 2 year old daughter has piles since she was 6-7 months old.she also had lumps since than.it seems it's growing. There are many suggestions by different doctor and we tried some of them but it didn't work out . surgery was also recommended.but before we take any further step.can any doctor please suggest what is the best step to cope with piles.

She is 1.5 years old and for past 1 week she is not eating anything. Not even opening her mouth. She is around 11 Kg.
