Khasi without cough for last 20 days..at morning some blood also come out.Is it is a seasonal or it is a big disease

Can S ige level increase upto 3500 in case of allergic rhinitis . Or does it mean some other fatal problem.? I also have eosinophil count of 1000. The alk phospatase is 373( normal range given as 60-320, but internet sources say normal range should be 44-147) What does that interpret.. pls help

How much can S ige level increase in case of allergic reactions.. I had been diagnosed with allergetic rhinitis but after first 15 days of medication(Montral capsules that act as antihistamine and locally acting inhalers for 30 days).. and then after gap of 15 days i took s Ige test which showed a readimg of 3500. Are these high levels due to my allergetic rhinitis or are they related to myeloma or other tyoes of cancer(which i read from online sources) Can this be treated...?? Please help
