Chest & Breathing Problems

I am facing a chest problem I need medication. Please help me. It is so painful I need help from doctor

Redness and pain on touching after 48 hours in the spot where Mantoux Test is done. The redness is spread about 15 mm. What does this indicate?

In recent weeks, my snoring has increased a lot. The next moment I lie down or close eyes, I start snoring and go to sleep. Though I sleep for 7hrs, still my eyes are burning on getting up in the morning. I feel very sleepy during daytime. My weight is also not soo much unbalanced (74kg and 170 cm height). Need your advice.

I am having a strange kind of feeling from past 3 months sometimes its pain, sometime its ticklish, sometimes its like bubbling, i had a pain which i thaught might have torn my muscles so i went to an emergency and got my checkup done .. ecg normal blood pressure normal and i even dod an xray which is also normal i dont understand what it is actually i am having medicine which was prescribed by the doctor of GD Diabetes cemtre where i got myslef checked in emergency vovran sr, pan d, and trinerve 75.. this feeling is on my left side just below the ribs.. when i toich it i feel a little pain when i dont touch i feel ticklish and pain also .. kindly suggest what it could be or do i need to worry .. thanks

While medical testing they said I am having opacity L+ hilam while checking chest pa x_ray. Does it is a dangerous or it can be cured within a week and causes of it?

Eosinophils level too high and allergic to dust & cold. Having problem during wheather change everytime .

I am having pain in my chest from last some time, probably more than a month. However, the pain isn't permanent, it's comes and goes. It generally pains more while breathing in. I am attaching my x-ray report. Please advise.
