Some factors which may prevent recurrent asthma attacks are aerobic exercises, keeping away from smoke , dust, pollution , strong smell, etc. Besides that just building your bodies immunity by eating healthy food and having a lifestyle free from smoking, drinking, drugs can help keep viral infections away which is a common trigger for asthma. Please see a chest physician/ pulmonologist who can talk in detail about the other preventive measures.
