I am facing mild to very low breathing problem it aggravates while speaking just two weeks ago I went through full body check up all my parameters are normal except ldl at 115 level. I have anxiety issue and also suffering from gerd even my lungs x Ray is ok what can be reason

So few days ago when i was sleeping, i just suddenly woke up and kinda feel like i was out of breath. I just know that it wasn't the things that i can control that. I also realized that i most likely to go peeing at night. Sometimes my back also hurt.

It was in october, i felt a mild pain while deep breathing. Whenever i take deep through nose, i feel pain going from breastbone/ chest till shoulder. And i also i feel pain between my shoulder blade and sometimes , i feel pain in my left hand too.Sometimes it goes away i feel alright and sometimes its unbearable. I have been to pulmonologist he suggested me to Esofag D before meals and lactihel syrup at bed time. I didn't feel anythingz then i went to cardiologist, my ECG and BP all were good. He asked me to change my fitness plan and take care of diet. I just remember i started exercise on my own and did it for almost 5 days before i felt the pain. I am so worried because this pain ain't going. What could this be?

Dear Dr. I live in a cold atmosphere. Since 2 years when the winter is approaching, I have breathing problem, coughing with phlegm; this coughing and phlegm continues during the whole winter. I have taken some anti coughing syrups but did not help too much. Please instruct. Regards, Sakina Jamali

I get this fits of coughs any time in day/night. My breathing becomes very hard. To go back to normal breathing i either drink very hot water or have normal cough syrup. No general repeatation time. Can happen anytime of the day
