Chest & Breathing Problems

I had a fever and breathlessness in 2016. Since then doctor prescribed me seroflo 250 capsules to inhale whenever I will experience any breathlessness. I experience that once in a year during winters.when I came to know I face this problem whenever I breathe cold air or dust so I prevent them. Its been around 2 yrs I hv not experienced any breathlessness. Will it be any problem in the future? Do I need to take any medications?

Patient is known as case of acute to sever Asthma Hb: 16.7 PCV : 48 T. WBC : 6.5 RBC : 5.7 Platelets : 181

My mother taking 2 puff of budamate 200. 3 days ago she got fever with too much mucus. now she has fever with persisting cough and choking. Not eating as cough troubles a lot. she is at a place where no doctor is nearby and need to be supported with drugs to be carried yo manage the problem.

2 months old bottle fed from birth. Got pneumonia when 15days old on antibiotics for 8days. We have consulted 5 pediatrician but they said everything is OK. They just check by stethoscope. But infant is breathing fast during and after feeds. Make strange sounds and excess salivation he Coughs when lying .nobody believes me now. Can stethoscope tell every thing from lungs.lot of hairfall like bunch of hairfall I think he is aspirating will he recover with no breast feed And so much antibiotic treatment. Whom should i consult. A pediatrician or pulmonologist. I m afraid effect of antibiotic on liver and kidney also.everybody says dnt worry till he take feed.. Whether less feeds but all OK.should I wait till he stop feeding or it will be too late

2 months old Son on formula milk from birth he got pneumonia and was hospitalized .he produces crackling sounds sometimes .is there fluid filled in the lungs .what is lung abscess my son is playful and take feeds maybe he is aspirating he breathes fast after feed his chest seems OK most of times is lung abscess next stage of chest congestion or it occur silently without any congestion

My father is suffering from reactivation of tuberculosis and the medicines started from today by dots centre. I just want ask can we give paracetamol when the fever comes?
