Acute Bronchitis
It's been a month I was diagnosed with Acute Bronchitis and after medication of 2 weeks. The cough had completely gone. But recently it feels similar symptoms have cropped up with that disturbing cough and acute chest pain. Should I get a Chest/Lung X Ray done? Could it be something serious?

You didn't mention that whether you took x-ray during last month or not. If not taken, you can take a chest x-ray and consult your pulmonologist in person with reports
