Chest & Breathing Problems

Sir,  My age is 33.  1 month earlier, while climbing stairs in metro station... i felt sudden sharp pain in middle chest bone...as if someone has pressed hard...in center chest bone and  around the chest ...and made me uneasiness for almost 1 hour... This is the first time i have experienced such in my entire life....However, did not experinced again such sharp pain except for minor pain sometimes. Sir, had my full body checkup done..alomost 4-5 days back, in which my cholestrol level has high Triglcy around 159...and Vitamin D range 5 (min range 20). I thought chest pain earlier ocuured may be due to Heart related problem. Went to Cardiologist and done TMT and CT Cornory Angiogram which came to normal. Sir, just google the thing now, and came across term pulmonary embolism. Please guide...whether such pain which occured means pulmonary embolism, having possibly of blood clot or any gastric or acidity . A bit tensed Sir, please guide.

Bronchovesicular prominence are seen in peri Hillar and lower zone does it's serious I have always throat irritation mucus produce back throat if I drink cold thing chest whizzing I am going to marry after 2 months when I take Alex cough syrup it reduce but throat irritation not going does it is COPD almost from 1.8 years when I have plural effusion tb doctor please tell me I getting stressed

Respect doctor my ct scan and x ray is normal but still burning in both chest i i am patient facing problem ibs problem and depression i smoke 20 cigarettes aa day now i am in depression i have lung cancer or something else please clear me if ct scan xray was normal its mean i didnt have any lung or chest problem

I VE SLEEP APENEA USING CPAP FOR 2 MONTHS BUT STILL NOT FEELING GOOD. I HAVE VERY MUCH COUGH IN THE MORNING

I have 8mm lung nodule who shows in petct benign . Can benign lung nodule turn out to be malignant? Or I need to do further investigation?

Respected doctor i have done ct chest and chest xray its normal but I have burning center of chest i have smoking from five year 15-20 cigarettes days now i worrid for lung cancer please guide what should i do? I am depression i want know if my ct scan is noraml should i have worrid about lung cancer of any other problem i have pain from 1 month

My mother has been diagnosed with tb last month she started akt 4 treatment within 3-4 days her fever subsidised but after one week of taking att there was drug induced hepatitis due to which alternative regimen was started streptomycin levo etham for 11 days when her liver enzymes settled down isoniazid rifampicin pyrazinamide were introduced one by one but when all 4 medicine were introduced on 2nd day she was nauseous lft report of 4 th day show marked increase in alt so again s/l/e regimen was started after starting s/l/e regimen second time her fever and cough start again she also has pain in left shoulder is this normal in tb her tb treatment started 40 days back

Been a smoker for last 7-8 years but a regular one for past 1 year. I've quit smoking two days ago and am experiencing heavy breathing, as in I'm not able to take a full breath. Super worried if It was too late quitting smoking.

How long a mdr tb patient could be contagious after one month treatment already AFB negetive microscopic smear negetive two times xenxpert positive only
