Using CPAP also causes air to get accumulated inside your stomach which can cause regurgitation like symptoms. So have your dinner 2 hours before sleeping and use the Cpap. Have a review with your nearby pulmonologist for CPAP titration. Can take a pantoprazole or similar once at morning. And then will review
