I asthma patients suddenly for two days I have tightness in right chest inspite of takings inhaler like foracort pls advise no improvement and no other symptoms

What time of the day ishould take akt 4 for tuberculosis. Please advise if I should take on empty stomach or after food

I am under tb medicine since 50 days my fever is not going. How long it takes to resolve else every thing good . Fever goes up to 100.6 and settle after taking pcm. Taking pcm three times in 24 hours. Plz tell how much time more

I am having fever of 100.6 in morning and night it goes after taking pcm. I am on tb treatment from 48 days. In starting my fever goes 102 or 103 but after 28 days it's not going above 100.6 plz tell how long fever will resolve.

In place of MAXIFLO 125 synchrobreathe inhaler can we use MAXIFLO 125 Regular Inhaler. Not a regular user. Only using during cold climates, especially in morning once. Synchrobreathe inhaler is not available now. Kindly seeking your suggestions. Not taking any other medicines.

Hello sir/mam currently i m on tb medication (continuation phase, 9 months ongoing) with tab.benadon and tab. Telecast F. I had diagnosed extrapulmonary tuberculosis with pleural effusion nd milld pericardial effusion . Two times thoracocentesis done for moderate effusion . But currently i hv been facing chest tightness (mainly in right lower nd middle lobe) when i deep breath and mild dysppnea and throat irrigation for some mucous production. Chest xray nd pft done. So please suggest me what can i do.

My 7 year old son frequently gets cold and cough. But when he gets cough, it's a very bad cough. Within 8-10 hours of getting cough, he starts wheezing very much which does not settle without nebulization. Even his heart begins to beat very rapidly. Every 2-3 months he has to take nebulization for cough. Is this related to Asthama ? Otherwise when he is fine he is very active. I have shown to many doctors but I think we still don't have the correct diagnosis.

I have been taking Montek BL and Foracot inhaler 200 under the doctor's guidance for 4 days. After I started I am having slight back pain and sore throat and I am sleeping more than usual. Is that normal?
