Advise needed for persistent cough

Asked for Female, 53 Years

My mom age is 58 years During the COVID period, she did not take antacids and was prescribed medications that caused dyspepsia, flatulence, and gas. She also feels choking In the throat . Her chest xray is attached My no is 98xxxxxx77 . Wil send u her blood test if u wish to help Currently, her cough has advanced and become aggressive , and she has been experiencing it on and off while eating,laying down..quite often morning night all day..Please advise.
