Persistent cough

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Suffering from cough from past 2 months without cold or fever. No coughing while sleep and get mucus on every cough. Mucus color is yellow to white. One Doctor told as CVA another said as reflex, but both treatment not worked. What test i can take or which md to meet know to know the route cause for cough. No smoking.

Hi, Welcome to Practo Your symptoms suggest underlying infection in Chest as you have yellow to be white colour phelgm. Would advice you to do chest Xray SOS C T Scan of chest. Meet a Pulmonologist or chest Physician. Hope CVA what you mean is not cerebro vascular accident. Cause for that to produce cough is less likely in your case
