Chest & Breathing Problems

I am suffering from Allergic Rhinitis and moderate Asthma and I am taking Seroflo 250/25 and Flomist nasal spray as advised by doctor. My query is - can I use Nasomac AF nasal spray with Seroflo instead of Flomist nasal spray since it contains both Azelastine and Fluticasone and it will help me in Asthma plus allergic rhinitis.

Can i take budamate 409 with azithromycin 500mg is any interaction of these drug ??plz suggest ???-+(

I have a chest pain from a long time and back pain too. Dear Doc. Today I have been tested positive for Covid-19. I have a bit of cold and fever between 99° to 100° F. These I am experiencing from 18th june, so went for the test today. The doctors in the hospital prescribed only paracetamol and vitamin C,D and zincovit. Please suggest how to handle this.

I am a 29 year male suffering from Allergic Rhinitis and Asthma. Approximately 3 months ago, I developed severe breathlessness and underwent Chest- X ray, blood test and PFT test. My Chest X- ray was normal. My FEV1/FVC ratio was 81% and my FEV1 was 71%. I have attached blood report which was normal except Eosinophil count which was 440. I have been taking Seroflo 250/25, 4 puffs daily and Rhine M nasal spray regularly since 2.5 months. Though I am not facing severe breathlessness but a still breathing difficulty still remains. Also, when I lift weight of as low as 10 kg or climb stairs fast, I face a little breathing difficulty. Is a more stronger medicine required or some alternative medicine required?

I am 20 years old, Male. I have difficulty of breathing for about 3 months now. I don't know what to do anymore because we've already done tests like ecg and my heartbeat is just a little bit faster than normal, normal results for xray, thyroid function test is also normal, in the latest 10 blood chemistry test my triglycerides, SGPT, SGOT and Uric Acid is just a little bit higher than normal. I also got fat this quarantine and got a big belly I don't know if that relates to my situation right now that causes difficulty on breathing or shortness of breath.

Are these ok or can you please suggest me some other drugs to help my dad overcome this COVID-19 🙏🙏🙏🙏 I love my dad so much. Can anyone please help me in this
