Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi Doctor, I have been facing cough for few days all the inhalers are properly taken but sometimes have the cough and also right leg palm is slightly swelled

I always feel cough at the opening of nose inside the mouth. I have to sollow it agin and agian it is creating problem in my speaking abilities.

I feel my chest very heavy and shortness of breath. I don't feel like I am having full breath it cuts when I try to take I can't hold it for long.

We are looking to buy a HEPA filter and plasma-cluster technology based air purifier made by SHARP which claims it can kill airborn microbes. I checked in the reviews that this technology is based on positive and negative ions and that the ozone generation level of this technology is below 0.01 parts per million(ppm). Kindly suggest if Air Purifiers good for health? And would you recomend to use air purifier for a baby boy under one year at home?

I have chest pain I had never heart problems no hypertension no diabetes no cough no temperature never drink smoking but having pain sleeping on chest can do pain oxegen level 95

I slept on my chest so l had pain in left side of chest no cough no temperature no cold oxygen level 94 feeling tired

Hi doctor plz respond to my question as I'm not able to go to hospital due to lockdown My problem is when I m getting slight cough and when I cough I get a small gel like droplet that is sticky to my tongue..I don't have any fever or cold I am doing salt water gargling at home .. What could be the problem of mine and solutions please

When I take oxygen I can't get satisfiy I need more, and having a little bit of pain in cheast and if I workout  the pain grows.

My mother has metastasis spread to lung. She was receiving chemotherapy regularly. The last PET scan showed partial response. When cold weather started she suddenly started lot of dry cough. When admitted she got better and got discharge in 2 days . But again started feeling weak and breathless in a week. After admission she felt more breathless and shifted to ICU. In ICU one day felt better but again had to move to NIV support. She is on NIV support from 3 days with 80% fio2. Also fungal infection is detected by 3rd day. Viral infection is ruled out. She is on antifungal agents since. Initially doctor thought she will need mechanical ventilation but nowadays not saying so. Doctor is saying antifungal takes more time to work. How much time will she take to recover if not ventilated? What are chances to get out of it if her condition is stable from 3 days?

I am suffering with the problem of cough since long and have been visiting various doctors all through. But I did not get any solution for the same. I doubt whether I have been suffering from Bronchitis (as symptoms). Just for the information, I got cough mostly every morning and the mucus comes out to be thick and white in color. Also when I am unable to breath properly and breathing issue get severe i take "Maxiflo". rotacaps capsules for inhalation. Attached is the latest prescription and medicine i have been advised to take and it gave me some relief but still the issue has not cured fully. Looking forward for any solution or reference for any specialist (Delhi) where I can visit in order to cure this.
