Chest & Breathing Problems

I was admitted at hospital for 5days because i was having chest pain and after xray doctor told us there is a fluid in ur right chest. They treated with antibiotics and after i came back home there is no  medicine given by doctor i m still suffering from some issue

I feel very difficult to breathe from mouth, and when I breathe from mouth it's like huge one, throat is Alwz like itchy and sore with dry cough and it's like something in my throat always, crystal clear muscus sometimes, Please tell me what can be done and what it could be, please tell me some remidies or medications, Thanks in advance doctor

I have difficulty in breathing and it takes a lot of effort to breath in. Too much of yawning is also happening. Have frequent urges to take deep long breaths because of difficulty

Suffering with gastric problem for the past 10 days, consulted a gastro Dr, taken tablets for one week.. feel better, but again from yesterday suffering with same problem, feeling breathing difficult..
