Chest & Breathing Problems

For the last one week, I am having sudden fluttering feeling in middle of chest bone area and pressure while breathing and feeling faint, mostly after eating or doing some work. No cough but sometimes, feel like coughing. Also having back pain and unable to stand stiff.

Which is more accurate cect or plain ct for chest and abdomen or both have same clearity and who should opted cect and who should plain ct,pl tell about reliable one or will plain ct good if prob is excess gas and phlegm with uneasines and breathing difficulty

I have breathing issues from the past 2-3 months...earlier this used to happen sometimes but now a days it is happening continuously. I have to take deep breaths.And sometimes I feel pain in the left side of my chest while breathing.Feel suffocation in my chest and throat usually.i have acidity issue and also mild cold persists.Please help as it is affecting my normal routine and I have developed a fear of sleeping as sometimes I am awakened by shortage of breathe.

Dear Sir/Madam, My self Akash Das from Kolkata , I'm just 21 years old, I have dull chest pain in left side, 3 month dull pain and , sometime it's paining , when I feel the pain that time I go to my nearest doctor (Cardiologist), he tested my health condition like ECG, LFT, Chest x-ray, Complete blood test, Serology test, thiroied test, allergy test abnormal,I have done MTB sputum test , 1 day report normal ,I will got other 2nd day and last days report after 2days,  otherwise all reports are normal but still I have dull chest pain. When I weak up in the morning that time I feel  the pain and tightness , but after Some exercise can relief my pain, after sometime chest pain come again, one more thing when I stiff my left hand that time I feel my chest pain ,one more thing doctor some days ago(around 2week) I noticed small swollen lymph node in my left armpit, sometime it's paining but I'm not sure wher is my actual pain in lymph node area.   this is my problem. Hi Doctors, I have been feeling a little chest pain which is not regular but comes and goes. I remember it's from February end. My ECG done in February was clear and I had a regular Chest X ray done back in December which was clear too. I have noticed it becoming more prominent during this COVID-19 situation when I am stressed or keep thinking over. When I am indulged in some activities and not worried about it, I don't feel it but. Also, sometimes after a High Intensity workout or Pranayam, I feel a little shortness of breath then it goes off if I don't give it too much attention. I don't feel any problem while running etc. Also, sometimes I feel a little pain in my left arm, when I am over stressed. Can someone help me understanding what exactly is it so that I can get to a correct conclusion and take a correct action on time. Thanks.

Feeling discomfort heaviness and shortness of breath from many months and tried many medicine like anti biotic syrups but phlegm not coming out chest xray is clear but sure phlegm is somewhere inside coz this discomfort is from winters after eating ice cream and wetting in rain and in test some allergy is found and also having sinus from many year pl help tell some good medicine to get rid from phlegm please or may be some water or swelling is there or shrinkage of esophagus or bronchial tube pl tell some good medicine and test

Dr since from yesterday I am facing breathing problem and rapid heart beat..I could not able to take long breath and feeling uncomfortable... Constantly m yawning... Pls suggest me next steps bcz m bit worried.
