Chest & Breathing Problems

Can we mix the budacort and duolin respules. And also there is any necessary to add NS with that mix.

My mother was suffering from lungs infection and admitted to hospital.She had severe breathing problem and had to take oxygen bypaap for 15 days.She is stable now and released from hospital.After coming home she is now in oxygen support.I attached pulse oximeter in her finger.Most of the time isit shows normal oxygen level.But when was tempted it shows bellow 70%. At that moment when I attached oxygen supply it goes 90-98% .Why this ?

Urgent please help! My father used to take formoflo and airz inhaler for his ongoing COPD. Due to winter the doctor suggested to use trelegy Elipta , he took today first time and right after that he started suffocation, body tremors, weakness and headache. After few hours he got fever @100°F and the weakness persists. Please suggest what to do, our doctor is far away and we cannot take him to doctor since he became very weak. Thank you in advance 🙏

Sir I have smoked a total of approx 1000 cigarettes in my lifetime till now-maybe like 0.15 pack year.I regret this ,I am willing to immediately quit and I am still worried about my health. Can you clarify if it is reversible change to recover my lungs and heart to normal if I smoke no more from now on?( it is a total of 1000 cigarettes in my lifetime, not in last 1 year or something...)

Hi, I catch cold and cough every month. And experience difficulty in breathing if I talk for 30 minutes continuously or climb the stairs or after a 10 minute walk. Done a CT thorax as per local pulmonologist advice. He said nothing much to worry. Please advise. The CT report impressions were as follows: * Focal subpleural fibrotic opacities in the medial segment of right lung middle lobe. * No significant mediastinal lymphadenopathy. * Minimal bilateral pleural effusion.

From past 1 month i am having dull ache pain near the left chest near the armpit touching feels like little bit of swollen and the pain is a good at night i did echo and ecg all are normal cardiologist said to visit pulmonologist what can be the reason no fever nothing all normal is any lymph node issue?

Hi, My 6.5 year old child, when jumping we can hear the water sound in his left side chest. Kid is uncomfortable with this. Is there anything to worry about this ? We did xray today and attaching it here. Please help.
