Too much Phlegm
Recently quit smoking after smoking for 10 years on and off.
I can feel phlegm at the back of the throat all the time and sometimes it also comes out of the nose in the morning. It's mostly colored in a very light green shade. And my nose feels blocked sometimes.
Is it a withdrawal symptoms, sinusitis?

CHEST INFECTION AND FEELING DIZZY A WEEK
A chest infection, often resulting from bacteria or viruses, can cause symptoms like coughing, chest pain, and dizziness. If you've been experiencing dizziness along with a chest infection for a week, it's crucial to seek medical attention promptly. Your healthcare provider will assess your symptoms and may prescribe antibiotics if a bacterial infection is suspected, or antiviral medication if a virus is the cause. Additionally, staying hydrated and resting are important for recovery. Over-the-counter pain relievers and cough medicines might help alleviate discomfort and symptoms. It's also essential to monitor your symptoms closely; if they worsen or new symptoms appear
